Stonebridge CG LLC, doing business as Stonebridge Construction Group, uses authorized Facebook and Instagram connections to manage business inquiries and professional relationships.
Information we may receive
Depending on how you interact with Stonebridge, we may receive information made available through Meta’s authorized services, including your name or username, profile information available through the connection, messages, comments, mentions, interaction dates and links to relevant conversations or posts.
If you provide additional information, we may also maintain your phone number, email address, property or project location, service needs, project details, photos and other information you choose to provide.
How we use information
Stonebridge uses this information to:
- respond to inquiries;
- identify and manage potential customers and professional referral relationships;
- organize follow-ups;
- prevent duplicate customer or lead records;
- coordinate estimates, consultations, appointments and projects; and
- improve the handling of business inquiries.
Automated software and AI may analyze messages, summarize inquiries, identify relevant leads, prioritize follow-up and assist with drafting responses. AI-generated information does not constitute a binding estimate, contract, warranty or confirmed appointment.
Service providers
Stonebridge uses authorized Meta connections, n8n workflow software, Airtable and OpenAI to operate these workflows and process inquiry information. Access to Stonebridge business records is limited to authorized personnel and service providers as necessary to operate the service.
Retention and deletion requests
Stonebridge retains inquiry and business records as reasonably necessary to manage the inquiry or business relationship and meet applicable business or legal requirements.
To request access, correction or deletion of information maintained by Stonebridge through this service, email office@stonebridgeconstructiongroup.com with the subject Privacy Request.
Please identify the Facebook or Instagram account, email address or other contact information associated with your request. Do not send passwords or identification documents unless Stonebridge specifically requests information needed to verify the request.
Deleting information maintained by Stonebridge does not necessarily delete information maintained independently by Facebook, Instagram or other service providers.
